Dry socket after extraction of tooth No. 35. The patient came to our clinic and was complaining about pain at the area of the extracted tooth. The extraction was made 5 days ago. The socket didn't heal. We cleaned the socket with laser (Erbium yag) and we filled the socket with Bondbone.
